Our team members hold Bachelor's Degrees in Graphic Design. This skillset is applied through an interview process that turns your ideas into reality.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the typical turnaround time?

Most orders take less than 2 weeks to complete. But of course all depends on the quantity and our inventory.

When is payment due?

All orders must be paid in full when picked up. Some projects may require at least a 50% down payment to start.

Are you able to rush my project?

Yes. Their recommended rush delivery is 5–7 business days. Note that rushed orders may have additional charges.

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find the same quality of the same product at a lower price in the Des Moines or Central Iowa area, they'll meet or beat it — no questions asked. All you need to do is send them the pricing information you found.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. Bowen Design and Print handles the full project from start to finish — screen printing, vehicle wraps, embroidery, and signs & banners.

When and where can I pick up my order?

Pick up is available Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST (closed on national holidays and weekends).

Our shop is located at 4395 50th Ave, Norwalk, IA 50211 (by Orchid Hills Elementary). We recommend using G14 to enter the neighborhood so you stay on more pavement rather than gravel. Please know there is some gravel just before our driveway.

When are you open?

Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.

We primarily serve Norwalk and Central Iowa that includes but not limited to Des Moines, Indianola, Waukee, Urbandale, Johnston, Grimes, Altoona, and more.
